“Short walk from Earl's Court Tube Stop From Heatrow”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed today NEW

Friendly, modern and reasonable. Good quality
first class hotel. It may be a good idea to let the
porter take you up to your room and make sure
that they show you the controls for the air-condition,
the bathroom floor heater, the bathroom off switch
for the exhaust near the ceiling. Also the electronic
“do not disturb” and “make up the room buttons” on
arrival. We wanted to slightly open the window but
in our room it was locked down with screws.
Eventually they opened it. The traffic is light at night
and the slight noise diminished by the superb black
out curtains. A 1/2 bottle of wine and other goodies
on arrival. From there on it is the mini-bar. However
the small fridge and the small microwave is pretty
useful. Good pillows and superb bed. Nice large
modern shower bathroom. A There are many
restaurants and grocery stores for your small meal
supplies. A well run quality hotel in an old but
most interesting district. Close to many interesting
sites and ever so close to an important transportation
center. You would love it unless you must have a
different location.

The Park Grand Kensington is a very good hotel, rooms were comfortable and very well maintained, bed was very good with excellent pillows, bathroom had very good shower, tiny criticism only one regular tea bag, not much use for two when you don't want flavoured tea in the morning, otherwise a good experience which I would recommend.

This hotel is in a very convenient spot for museum visits, shopping and for notable events as it is close to Earl's Court underground. The hotel itself is a more modern building situated amongst beautiful villa buildings. The decor is modern and clean with lovely light fittings. We stayed for only one night in a room that whilst adequate in size and very well appointed, was spoilt by being underground with no outside window and therefore no access to views or fresh air. This sort of room should be at 'bargain basement' prices as it lacks certain aspects such as a window that you would expect. The room also whilst it had a very beautifully designed bathroom had no bath another disappointment. The breakfast is adequate in the buffet style, but when we ate the bacon it was lukewarm and drinks were slow in appearance something that we witnessed other tables having to put up with.

Room Tip: Do not choose a room in the basement!

Hotel is very convenient for Earls Court Tube station, being about a 2 minute walk from the front of the station. The hotel is modern (8 years) and spotlessly clean. The staff were great, we arrived early but they sorted out a room for us with the minimum of fuss.
There was some traffic noise at the front of the hotel but it is a busy area but didn't really worry us too much.
There are a few restaurants on the Earls Court road within easy walking distance and small local shops/pubs. If you are looking for a good quality hotel near a tube station in this part of London, I would have a look at this one. I would stay again if I was using this area as a base for visiting the museums and parks.

Room Tip: Ask for a quiet room as there are a few available if you are a light sleeper

Great location (Earls Court tube stop), great full breakfast. Our room was on 3rd floor at the back, very quiet. Adequate small gym, multi-gym plus treadmill and elliptical. Elevator was small and a little slow. Minor problem with the bill, worked out close to what we expected. Overall our 4 nights there were very good. Would return for sure.

Really close location to Earls Court station which was so handy and there is loads of cafes and restaurant near by such as Pret, Starbucks, Greggs and Nandos. The room was a nice size with a big window, the bed was very comfy also. The door handle to our bathroom was broke and kept falling off. Altogether though it was an good stay.
