“Excellent hotel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

Returned today after a two night stay with my mom. Really enjoyed stay at this hotel, have stayed at hotel for seven years running now. I requested a room on higher floor if possible prior to arrival and this was provided. Hotel very clean, all staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was good . I would recommend this hotel and is in good location

Enjoyed our stay in this hotel. However we were put in a disabled room though neither of us is disabled or requested such a room which we booked well in advance of our stay. Very comfortable bed, clean room. Staff were all extremely helpful and polite - could not be more helpful. They made the two nights we had there even better.

I paid a substantial amount for one night for a romantic night away. Had seen the pictures and was so excited to visit. Had a lovely gentleman check me in and no problems at all. I'd booked a deluxe room, firstly I looked at the bathroom and it was heavenly two shower heads reasonably big sized bath and huge mirror was lovely. It was only when my boyfriend laid on the bed that we realised it was two single beds pushed together. Which made sleeping arrangements extremely awkward and weird as any movement sent one of us sinking in-between the mattress. We went downstairs to enquire but check in queue was so long we waited 10 mins but we were going out so had to leave it. So that was a rip off and disappointment. Not sure if I'd come back again. Location is perfect though.

Only stated the one night. The location of the hôtel was great, wé visited the Royal Albert Hall which was in walking distance with some great traditional pubs along the way.
Our room was lovely, very spacious and clean with some thoughtful complementory items.
For the price you really couldnt ask for more. I would definatly stay again!

Very comfortable and clean throughout. Complimentary wine in the room!

Beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms.

Ideal location, beautiful area of the city, great area to go for a walk on a summer evening, only a 2 minute walk from Earl's Court tube station.

The only issue is the wifi which kept disconnecting, otherwise perfect!

Great location, near The subway station or a few minutes walk of some main attractions. Good staff. Very clean. Rooms a little bit small. Quiet. Some good restaurants nearby. With a very good price/quality ratio.

We recently needed two rooms for my family during a 5 day visit to London. My wife & granddaughters insisted on staying as close to central London as possible. The price of decent accommodations in central London borders on astronomical & the less expensive rooms were nothing my wife would accept.

We found a very nice compromise in the Park Grand London Kensington ! We were able to book two double rooms at the Park Grand for what one double would have cost in Bloomsbury or Notting Hill areas ! The Park Grand in located near the A4 & Earl's Court Road junction & is only a very short walk to Earl's Court tube station. The area is not the most posh in London but it is quite safe & secure. We went about exploring the neighborhood on foot & found no cause for concern for personal safety. We discovered many excellent local pubs & restaurant only minutes away. Though the restaurant in the hotel also serves excellent food & drink if you prefer not to venture out.

The hotel itself is very clean & comfortable with a very attentive & accommodating staff that did all possible to make our stay pleasant. They never failed to be able to direct us to local sights, pubs, restaurants, shopping, etc. Whenever we needed assistance booking taxis the staff assisted us with a smile ! Our transport always arrived at the appointed time & transport cost never varied from the pre-agreed fixed price.

The rooms ( though very small by U.S. standards ) are larger than average for hotels of this price range in central London. The rooms were clean & nicely appointed. The beds were very comfortable. We were provided with wide flat screen TV, large selection of cable channels, free Wi-Fi & the rooms even had 110 volts electrical outlet for phone, electric razors & laptop chargers. The 110 outlet can be a real plus !

If you're looking for a nice reasonably priced hotel, by all means give the Park Grand Kensington serious consideration !

Room Tip: Rooms located on the back of the hotel look out across the roof tops of the local neighborhood. Not...
