“Perfect location”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

The room was very nice and tidy. The hotel has a perfect location as it's in a quiet neighbourhood but not far from the tube, close to a highstreet. Several nice trendy resto's in the area. You can just walk around the hotel area and find nice places to just relax and have a tea/coffee and just people watch! Hotel service was very nice and helpful!

Stayed for 3 nights on a business trip to the hotel exhibition at Olympia. On arrival we were greeted by professional front desk staff. Room cleaned to a 4 star standard, the bathroom was not. The bed was well made, clean bedding and well presented. The mattress was extremely soft and as a person who sleeps on a superking bed with a firm mattress, this was a slight challenge in a double bed laying close to the edge - the option to sink down and slide off was all to easy, but it did give us a laugh. We had a meal on the first night which was ok but not special. I ordered steak - medium rare, it was medium. I asked for English mustard but they had none, so they asked if I wanted mushroom or peppered sauce so I chose the peppered, you guessed it, they gave me the other one. What I had was ok but personally I did expect a portion of mushrooms and maybe some fried onion and/or peas with an egg accompanying the steak but instead it came with French fries and chopped greens. The menu gave little indication of what you got other than the meat. My wife ordered Salmon and it was served in less than fifteen mins so it was either grilled or microwaved (it was very slightly curly round the edges) I ordered a single malt whisky which was sadly served to me in a glass that would suit fruit cocktail's very well. Breakfast was better with a good selection of pre cooked choices, croissants etc and the waiting staff all spoke English and were polite and professional. To make it to 5 stars they need to offer a fish option and have fresh scrambled egg! Be aware that the basic breakfast is £12 extra per person per day on top of the cost of the room so 'eggs benedict' may over-run your wallet.
Overall I would stop again but would eat out.

Great hotel, great location, first time I've stayed here, hotel was amazing from outside and reception, we then got allocated a room, can only say we were in basement, no window, found this very strange, would I stay here again, well it was a treat for my 14 year old and with no view I would have to say no!!!!

This hotel is located only 2 minutes walk from Earl's Court tube station but in a quiet side street. Staff were really welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. The whole place was spotlessly clean.
The breakfast buffet was good with a wide selection of hot and cold choices.
We mentioned that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary and they upgraded our room at no extra charge. We had an excellent stay and would consider visiting again.

Room Tip: We heard that they have basement rooms and chose not to have one

Lovely hotel, 100m to Earls Court tube station, very peaceful area considering this.

Breakfast buffet was nice, room not cleaned until mid-afternoon.

The bed was very very soft and comfortable.

The reception staff were very friendly and always happy to help

The staff were simply great and know how to answer to any simple question or requirement. Bedroom and bathroom with enough space knowing that is London where space is usually expensive. Decor is apparently new. The breakfast had everything you can look at any breakfast: quality, variety and flavor. The location is perfect, very close (2 min) to Earls Court Underground where you can get connected with the rest of London. There are many restaurants, fast food, markets, laundries, drugstores around. I would recommend this hotel for sure!

Lovely hotel, wonderful front office staff, lovely spotless room with large bathroom, situated on a quite street, very near the tube station & high street, Great breakfast, attentive staff, only fault was dirty dishes on corridors from room service, they were their when we left for the evening and still there on our return 3 + hrs later and the same the next evening, However I would stay again.
