Stayed 4 nights. First the good points - they were helpful with early check-in, free wired broadband in the room and the buffet breakfast was quite good. However, this was overshadowed by the extremely small room provided in a separate building 50 metres away (walk through the morning rain for breakfast - or if the magnetic card isn't working, walk down to the reception!!) which had one lift that was inoperational on 3 mornings. There was a desk, which didn't have sufficient place for a laptop unless the TV or kettle was removed. I can't remember having stayed in a smaller room ever. Upon checking into the room, realised the hot water wasn't working in the shower, so called reception and they sent the repair man over fairly promptly - he came and went a couple of times before managing to fix it - although had no qualms in dirtying the floor of the bathroom with his work shoes and left it like that - advising me on the way out to switch off the water (while I was trying it out). Next realised there were no toiletries - another call to the reception and they refused to believe these weren't kept in the toilet - sent some across eventually. They promised 2 bottles of mineral water gratis, but took them 2 days and constant reminders to finally provide this. Asked them if they could arrange an umbrella - but not possible. They also charge the full amount up-front, and since I was out almost all day, just abandoned any hope of changing hotel. But never staying at this place again. Avoid if possible.
If you really must stay here, choose rooms in the main hotel building
