The Hotel is very central and easy to find. Easy access via tube etc. Grand entrance, was a problem with the booking but they upgraded to a double room very quickly, so happy with that. Room clean and neat, all mod cons, a bit on the small size though, glad I wasn't sharing the double room or we would have been falling over each other to get back and forth to the bathroom. Lifts are slow and compact, you wait a long time for one and a lot of people gave up and took the stairs, not to bad if you are on the fourth floor, wouldn't have been happy with this scenario if it had been the 9th floor. Breakfast time is a bit of a circus, if you want a decent meal and a seat be prepared to be there by 7/7.30am, otherwise be prepared for a long queue, I declined and bought breakfast out and about.
In summary, adequate, clean rooms, central locations and it did the job.
