we spent two days for xmas shopping at st giles, very convienent, oxford street two minutes away, covent garden 10 minues walk away and it is right in the middle of theatre land.a bus stop is at the end of the road so if you dont want to tube its there. Our room was a twin with coffee to go very small but clean modern with a safe, shower and bath, we only sleep there so space was not an issue, but any longer than two days might get a bit small as no wardrobe only hanging space for 10 items, tea and coffee and kettle but no biccies, we were in 374 in the side of building so no noise from street. coffee to go was great a tea/coffee/pastry cheese roll/piece of fruit if wanted and all staff were very helpful and kind. would stay again but only for short stays. did not eat in any of their resturants so cannot comment.
