Great hotel, smart, stylish with good ambience. Rooms ok, beds comfortable, heating based on dodgy aircon but ok, only one pillow each but quiet night. As a Doubletree a let down. Staff hardly speak English, no cookies, exec lounge overrun by drunken freeloaders and kids and concierge on holiday. It's a staff issue. Otherwise this would be a reasonable Hilton experience.
