Well as regular visitor to London on business and pleasure, I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending this hotel, ideal location just 5 minutes walk from Paddington station. The staff were professional and courteous, the two rooms we had were excellent. The manager Vinayak, was simply first rate, warm and welcoming, he had personally overseen our second stay at the hotel(there was a booking mix up from BW head office the first time). As a married man taking his wife and Mum with him on a London break, little touches like flowers and chocolates in the room went down very well.

As such I've now recommended this hotel to our booking agency our company uses.

Good clean hotel, friendly staff, good wifi (which is not always the case), good location 5 min from paddington. Very good breakfast for the price. Try the excellent malaysian resturant "Tukdin" just 50 meters from the hotel - brilliant.

I visited the hotel for one night.
the welcome was warm, professional and fast. My single room was small but clean and there were all the accessories you might need included.
thus i can confirm that my experience was very positive

although a bit out of the centre, access to the hotel was easy with the tube. very friendly and helpful service in the hotel. bathrooms very very small but the bed was perfect. i was expecting a bit more from the breakfast compared to the price, but it was not bad, just average.
