5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 21, 2013

We were a family of 5 that came to London to do a bit of Sight seeing and go and see a play of some sort. The location of the hotel is "spot on" as its a few minutes walk from the tube. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms clean. Breakfast, excellent value! Would i recommend it......on yes.

We have just come back from a 3 night stay at this hotel. There were 5 of us - 2 adults, 3 children. The customer service at the hotel is very good and they are very child friendly. The rooms were really well maintained and very clean. We ate in the restaurant on the meal deal. The choice was limited but the food was fine. The children's menu was very affordable at £4.75 for 2 courses and their portions were as big as ours. The only downside to the food was that everything came with peas and it would be nice to see a different variety of vegetables with the meal especially if you eat there most nights. The breakfast was great although the restaurant being small it got quite busy. We also ate at the pizzeria next door and this was very nice too. The hotel is about 5 mins walk from Ravenscourt Park tube station so you can get to places easily.

great location also good to get into town as the ravenscroft tube is only a 2 min walk away. Good place to stay even if you are going into town as the day travelcard on the tube you can buy for zones 1 & 2 which is the same cost if you were to say nearer to town and it is really easy to get to any area and if you are coming from the south it is easy to access M$ or M3 from Hammersmith.

Breakfast was good and stay enjoyed for the price paid to stay in London great value.

Only down side is £15.00 to park the car in the car park which has very limited spaces.

Room Tip: If you get a room on the 12 floor you have great views over London

You have to experience the staff welcome here and the interest they seem to show- its wonderful. Good location perfectly adequate room. The breakfast was very good they just need to manage the buffet a little better as it wasn't being stocked until you asked.

this is the second time I have stayed in this particular Premier Inn. Previously, there had been a slight problem with the room (noise from a fan) which I commented on this site. I was contacted by Premier Inn who went out of their way to ensure my stay this time was an improvement. The room we were given was on the 12th floor with wonderful views of London.
Thank you, and I'll be back.

Room Tip: 12th floor

Clean room. All the staff where very helpful. found Nick to be very friendly and nothing was too much for him, arranging taxis etc. Excellent breakfast with loads of choices.
Parking the car cost £10 for 24 hours.
