“Good overnight stay”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 18, 2013

Stayed for 1 night when attending concert at Hammersmith Apollo. Hotel is right near Ravenscourt Park tube station and less than 15mins from Hammersmith tube and the Apollo. The room was quite small but spotless and comfortable. Had breakfast ,which offered plenty of choice.Unfortunately there were ice crystals in my yoghurt, but the cooked breakfast was very good. All staff were efficient and friendly and would definitely stay again if attending the Apollo.

The second floor rooms have faulty Air Con. Acknowkledged by Reception but still used. Small inadequate heater provided. Can't cope with UK weather in big family room. Cold rooms = no romance. You have been warned.

Stayed here for two nights. When I arrived the staff on reception were very helpful and friendly and asked if I wanted a view so I said yes. I was given a room on the 13th floor and was also told clearly that the lift only went to the 12th - though the extra flight of stairs was no problem for me.

The room was small but adequate and clean, it had tea and coffee making facilities and a good tv. Two small annoyances - there was some sort of smearing on the window - not sure exactly what - that slightly hampered the view but not too much. Also, the tv and table with kettle were in an alcove that did not receive much light when it was dark outside. Certainly, being on the top floor, I had no problems with noise at night and the temperature control also worked well.

Breakfast was also very good and the staff very helpful saying they could do a couple of extra things if I wanted them, and all in all I would happily stay there again.

Our five nights stay was very good.We had a family room with my 2 children of 9 and 2 years old and everything was ok, even the space inside the room.It was clean and comfortable.
The hotel is really next to Raverscourt Park underground on the Circle line and it's quite easy moving towards the main attractions.

Having read reviews on here prior to my visit, I requested a higher room. I also asked them for a bigger twin room as I was traveling with my father, and both requests were honored. While our room was not huge, it was perfect for the two of us, with one bed around the corner. We only needed to use the space heater provided on one night to make the room warm enough, but it was a perfect temperature the other nights. We had breakfast two of our mornings there, and it was a great, delicious selection! The location is perfect with easy access from Heathrow and close to the tube. The staff was very friendly and responded to our questions and needs in a timely manner. I would definitely return to this Premier Inn! It is definitely worth the value and being a bit further from the main city.

Room Tip: top floor- great view & no noise
