Was booked into this hotel for work and despite the good reviews I was left disappointed.

Breakfast was dreadful. Staff were too busy talking to each other to both about our group. Bed was uncomfortable, noise came from the corridor all night long.

No idea why anyone would stay in this area at all. I suppose you get what you pay for and there was nothing to encourage me to ever return to this hotel.

Looked around for a premier inn on outskirts of london as a base and would possibly have chosen
a more desirable area but the reviews were so good we booked and stayed for four nights.
Not disappointed. Great food in restaurant especially breakfast.So much to choose from! The staff were all genuinely friendly, attentive when needed and there was a lovely relaxed atmosphere.
Rooms were spacious, nice bathroom with constant hot running water. No outside traffic noise.
Easy to get to from base of M1, good car parking facility, tube station virtually on the doorstep and took 20 mins to get in to the centre of London. Will certainly revisit.

Second time visiting. Just staying one night as a base for two days in London for leisure. Great service from staff. Good room considering price point, and very clean. Excellent breakfast!!! All round pleasant stay and highly recommend!

Nice and friendly staff . Clean rooms. The hotel is situated by a big road, but we could not hear the traffic from our room. The tube station is only 100 meters from the hotel- easy access to get anywhere we like.
