What a great experience we had. The staff. Would go beyond and above what we would ask.
They were so helpful finding us great restaurants, advising us on where to go and how to get there.
The room was tastefully furnished and the bed was one of the best I have slept in years of travel.
The hotel is perfectly located one block south of Bromley road. A 5 minute walk to 3 museums
Harrod's and all shopping areas. We needed a late check out as our flight did not leave until
Late in the evening. That was not problem for the Manager of this hotel. we were able to stay until
6pm which was the time we had to leave for the airport. What else can I say except this hotel
Should be on your A 1 list when traveling to London

Booked acidentally in this hotel thinking it was another and was pleasantly surprised at just how good this hotel was. The staff were extremely helpful and at such a high level that I have rarely expereinced before and I am staying at a hotel somewhere around the world almost every week. The cleanliness of this hotel can only be described as outstanding and the cooked English breakfast the best ever in my many times staying in London hotels., It is always difficult judging value especially in London where everything seems to be outrageously expensive.
How pleasant it was to stay in this hotel and in the Westbury Dublin within one week both offering me such exceptional service.

This is quite possibly the best hotel I have ever stayed in. If you're looking to stay somewhere where you are not treated like a number then this place is it. They take pride in ensuring their residents have everything they need and they do it in such an easy, non-stuffy way. You really feel special in this place and you don't feel overly fussed on.

We stayed for our anniversary and our room was decorated with flowers and rose petals and candles when we came back from our meal (and a rather late night in the bar). It was a really nice touch.

The bar is great - Antonio is a legend and tries to encourage everyone to have a martini. The mix of guests and regular local visitors really makes you feel like you are part of something really fun and different. We had a really fantastic and fun night, and have not laughed so much in ages.

We were sad to leave, but we'll be back I am sure!!!
