Hotel is ideally located for shoppers, near to Oxford Street as also near to Buckingham Palace.
However, rooms are small and the breakfast is not at all sumptuous; especially for Indians who crave for Indian food. Lots of Indian film stars stay in this hotel and for those who would like to see them at close quarters the hotel is very good.

Room Tip: Rooms in the front and higher floors.

nice hotel, with a great lobby downstairs.
staff were kind and gentle, looks a bit different from outside, but from the inside it looks great.
great location as well.
was just a bit more expensive that i had initially planned, but i guess the location makes it all worth it!

One of the least favourable hotel experiences in Mayfair. Hotel was overheated (especially on the top floor) and the concierge was unresponsive ( four hours plus to book a dinner reservation at a popular restaurant, which resulted in one reminder and consequently poor reservation times due to the delay in response.)The staff seemed disinterested. I would hence be disinterested in staying here again.

Room Tip: Do not select a top floor room. Heat is horrific. Ask for a south facing room. Hallways are very nar...

This hotel is a great location, 2 minute walk from Green Park tube station. Not quite sure this hotel knows what it is. On first impressions from the reception and staff you are expecting great things but after that it is a bit downhill. Check in took an age, they even took a copy of my drivers licence ?!? I got an upgrade to a suite which whilst the sitting area was good, extra large bed was great the bathroom was quite small and the whirlpool bath, yes that is whirlpool bath was small. That's coming from someone who is 5ft 2in! Never mind because the shower which doubles as a sandblasted will get you clean and refreshed!! The room was also quite warm despite the temperature control being turned right down so I opened a window but then got disturb by the noise outside. There was also no iron or ironing board in the room.

Room Tip: If you are talk ask for a room with a big bath/shower!

My friend and I stayed for one night as we had booked to go to the theatre and wanted to make a night of it. Ideally situated, near to the main attractions in London but nearly tucked away from the hussle and bustle.
Check in was easy with polite and friendly staff and concierge were also very helpful.
Our twin room was a good size, comfy and cosy.
The only criticism I would have of this hotel is that for 4 stars some of the public areas could do with a tidy up for example inside of the lifts as its looking a little shabby.

Arrived to find that we did not have a quilt cover, but a ripped sheet wrapped around a badly stained quilt, after complaining housekeeper replaced with a blanket put in a quilt cover also stained, on the third attempted another quilt and cover still stained but not as bad as the others. After complaining at checkout they offered us a upgrade if we stayed with them again. Mo thanks
