This hostel is in Paddington. It is very close to the train station and the tube station - less than 5 minutes walk. Very convenient if you are arriving at Heathrow as the Heathrow express train runs to Paddington station.

The hostel itself is very nice, clean and comfortable. The rooms are quiet big in comparison with other hostels I have stayed in and our 4 bed female room has en-suite which is good for the bargin price of £30 each per night. The hostel itself was quiet and the location of the hostel is also quiet, off the main road.

Towels are £4 to hire, so remember to take your own!

Overall, I would recommend to anyone looking for a cheap place to stay in London!

We had a great experience at Equity Point the staff were friendly and very helpful, they helped us out with some shipping we needed done and were very accomodating. The only down side to our triple private room was the shower, I've never seen a shower so small in all my life! It was under a mtre squared, and it had a horrid yucky shower curtain.

But would still recommend the hostel

No free wi fi or internet connection (Bad. Luckily there was free wi fi in the tube to get info about London)
Breakfast, horrible.
Room,... Smelled really bad.
Blanket given was stained and dirty but I slept in my jeans.
Staff, some friendly some deceptive. Charged me £2 to use my credit card, then charged me $7 for me to be charged in $ when I did not ask for this. Staff at the time couldn't explain what he was doing or he didn't want to do so. Maybe he could. Staff also did not feel like returning deposit for towel back. WTF. There is also a strange fee for the key card per number of nights stayed. WTF again. And the key was disgusting. Mine was sticky which was weird.
It's cool that some can say this is the best hostel eve and I wonder if they have stayed at every hostel in London. I have a favorite hostel in Buenos Aires where I can say everything was wonderful, the staff were kind, talkative, helpful, cheery, and the place was nice, relaxing and accomodating offering almost everything one needed while exploring and visiting somewhere new but this place was not at all that for me and my friend who just survived.
It's interesting how clean the walls and evrything look in the photos. Different story once you arrive.
The neighborhood is really nice though. It's a residential so please no standing outside in groups.

I booked here just for one night before a flight home so that I had easy access to the Paddington station. The staff was very helpful with my questions. I had two other people in my room, nice girls from Canada. We had a private bathroom. The bed was comfortable. No complaints. It sits on a nice street.
