Went to London for a trip back to my native England, to see the capital, enjoy some historical sights and meet family. I stayed in a the bijoux single for 2 nights and deluxe double for 5 nights. If you are looking for somewhere to put your head down at night the bijoux single is for you. While very small, it was well thought out. Television, free wifi, coffee, microwave and fridge and dishes for you to have a civilized meal. If you're smart you can get your meals in and enjoy a relaxing evening in after being out and about in London. The staff are friendly and helpful. The property is well situated, 5 mins from Earl's Court Station, there's a Boots and M&S near by, post office, Pret a manger...so it's great, plus Earl's Court Station is convenient for getting around London. I moved to the deluxe double....it was larger and it had a nespresso coffee maker which I thought was a great touch. I've stayed in some great hotels, I thought that this place was safe, conveniently located, clean and quiet....the beds and linens are good and the bathrooms are spacious. There's a good sized safe in the room. The wardrobe space is a bit limited but aside from this I'd definitely go back and recommend to friends.....I'd kept an eye on reviews on trip advisor for about 10 months after I'd booked. This is a highly recommended property.....a very smart stay I would say.....I enjoyed my stay....well done Base2stay!!!!
