Way to many people on the bridge stopping to take pictures and the smell of roasting peanuts and chestnuts is at times unbearable. Views are ok of the Thames a

“Nice view, make a good evening stroll”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 2, 2013

The bridge offers good view, could even see Tower Bridge from afar. Good view of St.Paul as well. Complete the experience with a stroll along the river.

“Only for the view”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed May 30, 2013

Quite honestly the only thing IMO that is good about this bridge is the view it provides. As a design it is chunky and uninspiring but the uber-modernists will love it (for now). The world is full of far better designed bridges than this, its amazing what hype can do.

Walked along the South Bank towards the Tate and then over the bridge towards the north and St. Pauls. A lovely walk in nice weather!
