We stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago and thought it was good but this time was even better! Immaculate luxurious rooms with lovely bathrooms, free truffles on arrival, complimentary soft drinks in the fridge and good quality tea/biscuits etc. Good free parking and excellent service. Breakfast was good the next morning too. Our only minor complaint was the noise from the major road the hotel is on- we'll definitely stay again but request a room at the back! Apart from that, great option in London literally 2 minutes walk from Hendon Central tube station.

Hide London hotel was clean with tasteful decor and the staff was helpful and attentive but the rooms were very small for my standards, I felt a little like being imprisoned and the distance from the city centre and the attractions was also something I did not like. I would prefer it a little closer although there was a good tube connection and the station was a few minutes walk from the hotel.

We believe it was value for money. For the 100 pounds we paid for this lovely hotel we felt we had more plus than minus and we were very pleased with the service. Warm, attentive staff helping us out in everything we asked. The room was a bit small but the décor was lovely and it was very clean. We spent a couple of beautiful nights at this hotel and the distance from central London was no issue for us because we could use the metro.I would come back here.

After some research, I chose The Hide as the hotel for my parents to stay when they would visit me in London. They don't speak English very well at all, but they have been harassing me ever since to leave a positive review of the Hotel online, because they enjoyed their stay quite a lot. They have also since spoken to other friends who have visited London, and my parents experience was better than any one of their friends.

The one relative downside to this is location in relation to the city: Hendon is a bit out of the way. It has a local shopping mall which is quite nice (Brent Cross) but nothing much else going on. However connections to the city center are very good with the tube just a 2 minute walk form the door and the bus to marble arch stopping even closer to the hotel.

However if you arrive from Luton Airport, this Hotel is exactly between the Airport and the City, so it's rather convenient from that perspective.

The rooms were relatively small but beautifully decorated and very smartly set up so that it's easy yo to feel crammed. There is a small minibar with a few basic drinks - all of which are free and refilled every day. Same goes for the coffee/tea/hot chocolate in the room. Staff at the hotel were extraordinarily kind and helpful to my parents who, as I mentioned, don't speak English too well. They organized the cab to the airport bus (which is about a 2 minute ride from the hotel) and were generally helpful in giving directions (with hands and feet). The breakfast is very continental in style but delicious and has a good selection. Rooms and all facilities are very clean, orderly and everything appears to be very well taken care of.

All in all, highly recommended. The hotel is the one bit my parents look forward to the most when they come to visit again. There's a reason this is the highest ranked budget hotel in London, despite the location!
