“Eating in the Amphitheatre Restaurant”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 23, 2013

The service is slick and fast but nevertheless charming. The quality of food and presentation is high considering the speed with which it has to be delivered. Its expensive but given the convenience and the staffs understanding that you have to be finished well before the performance in the opera house begins, is well worth the peace of mind.

“It takes you to a different, magical world.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 23, 2013

I have been many times to the Royal Opera House and I have to say it is my favourite venue. Every time I visited, it felt glamorous and magical. Always amazing quality of dancers, singers, clothes, production...
Don't forget your opera glasses, there are so many details not to be missed :)
I love ballet and last time I've visited I saw the Bolshoi Ballet performing Swan Lake.
My husband, who is a musician with 3 decades of experience, would only complain that the orchestra could be better. Together we go to a lot of concerts but still, the Royal Opera House is the place where I feel the most special.

Saw the Royal Ballet perform here and the venue and show were amazing! Easy to reach from most hotels and the underground.

“Lovely venue”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 19, 2013

We dined at the Royal Opera House when celebrating my birthday with my brother and sister in law. We had the first course before the ballet started and the main course in the first interval. The service, food and wine were all excellent. They are obviously very well organised and everything was served very promptly without undue haste. It was a fun way to dine and very civilised.
