“Neighborhood of some of the greatest literary minds!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 11, 2013

This is where a lot of very famous literary figures have lived including Charles Dickens and Virginia Woolf. British Museum and Charles Dickens Museum and University of London are three main attractions that everyone should see. It's a great neighborhood with a lot of nice restaurants and eateries. If you need a break, make sure to stop by at Russell Square Park.

“There are still peaceful squares”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 22, 2013

Made famous by Virginia Woolf and her friends and more recently by Ian McEwan in Saturday, the Georgian squares have great charm. The university is nearby and there are still a few second hand bookshops and printsellers to remind you what it was like in times past.

“Amazing Afternoon Tea”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 19, 2013

We had Afternoon Tea at the Bloomsbury Hotel. The staff were friendly and the hotel is very nice. Our waiter Jonathan was very attentive and very accomodating. We had lovely finger sandwiches, delicious cakes, scones & Creme Brulee. I would definately recommend this hotel.

“A beautiful place for a walk”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 5, 2013

A great area of London. You can walk the streets where many famous authors have lived. Go past university college london where they have Jeremy Bentham's skeleton on display (before 6pm). There are also several cafes if you just want to soak up the atmosphere. This area regularly has farmers markets and films crews.

“High brow London”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 21, 2012

Home to many literary luminaries over the generations and quite a mystical pedigree - just drawn Treadwells from Covent Garden!
Great parks, colleges, theatres, social/charity facilities and events, cinema complex and shopping centre
