“Forgot we were in the capital city”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 1, 2013

We visited this beautiful park recently while we were in London to see a show. Our hotel was opposite the park so we took the opportunity to go for a late afternoon / early evening stroll.

There was a slight covering of snow which made the area seem even more pretty. The pathways are neatly laid out with perfectly manicured planted wide boarders. Even during this winter period, the paths and boarders were teeming with plants and shrubbery.

This is a true oasis in the middle of a big city. As you wander further into the park, the traffic noises and hustle and bustle just fade away.

Look forward to returning here, maybe for a picnic, in the summer when we do a couple of days break with the kids.

“The best park in London”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 17, 2013

Regent's Park is a wonder. It has something for everyone, from the central lake and bandstand to the open air theatre in summer and of course the boating pool, the ducks and geese and miles of walks in some of the loveliest surroundings in London. My favourite place!

“The nicest Park”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 8, 2013

We thought this was the nicest park to wander around of all the London Parks.Perhaps because it was away from Buck House and so fewer people .Zoo next door as well,if into Zoos or have small people to visit with.
