Lets start with the bad. Reception was slow and we were kept waiting about 20 minutes, we were shown to our room but for some reason they couldn't find the key. There was supposed to be flowers waiting in the room but they weren't there. Didn't arrive until I questioned it at reception. On check out there was an item on the bill I didn't recognise. They couldn't tell me what it was and eventually deflected it. That's why I give it four stars instead of five, these things really should be seamless at a hotel of this quality.
And now the good. Everything else ! The room was well decorated, well equipped, and well maintained. Bathroom was excellent with quality towels, soaps etc.
We had a meal in the evening which was superb, service was top notch. Breakfast next morning was equally good. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and would return and recommend.
