“A MUST SEE while in London!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 2, 2013

The Tower of London was absolutely fascinating!! Make sure you stay with one of the "Beefeater" guides who provide you with the amazing history of what went on through time at the Tower of London. The Crown Jewels are absolutely amazing and the exhibit displaying them is outstanding. Make sure you see the White tower as well which is in the Tower grounds. it has the armor worn by many of the kings from the ages as well as a display of the Kings horses and a number of other interesting things. it takes about 3+ hours to see it all but it is time well spent!! I think it was my favorite thing in London.

“Crown Jewels”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 2, 2013

Visted the tower of London and the Crown Jewels are displayed. Was very busy, go early so that the crowds are smaller. Interesting step back into time with the artifacts and items on display. Worth the visit.

“Tower of London- not to be missed”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 2, 2013

This is an attraction not to be missed.
Allow plenty of time to ensure you see all the sights at least half a day or more.
It's worth queuing to see the crown jewels dont worry if there's a long queue as it does go down very quickly.
There's also a little bit of a random show where a few people are dressed up in the eara.
It's great for all ages but be aware some of the towers can be a little difficult if your elderly or unsteady on your feet.
Watch for any offers on price reduction but certainly worth the money- a great day out.

“Must see”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 2, 2013

Bought the tickets online to save time. In the end we were at the Tower at opening time on a Saturday, and the queues were virtually inexistent.
We did also take the audio tour. In fact we had paid for this in advance as well. At first we had thought that the children's audio tour would have a different story line than the adult one, but this was not the case. A shame, because our daughter soon lost interest (not being British, the historical details were lost on her).
