Deliciously fine base; surface dripping with tomato sauce, buffalo mozzarella and fresh basil. Wicked pizza!

“Soho at it's best”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 21, 2013

Wow! Hands down one of the best meals I've ever eaten.
This was the pizza of my dreams:
perfect crust, fresh juicy tomato sauce packed with flavours, cheese that melts in your mouth.
The accompanying wine was superb, reasonable price.
Nice bunch of people hanging out there, I'll definitely be back.

“A staple of every London visit”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 21, 2013

I stumbled across "Soho Joe" on a trip to London and I'm glad I did. It's a lively spot that still never gets annoying. It's always a pleasant time. And the food itself is beyond reproach: Down-to-earth pizza, as it should be, with just the right touch of fancy, yet all very affordable. I've especially fallen for the Pizza Bufalina: The rare case where buffalo mozzarela on a pizza doesn't feel like a waste. The Diavola is, pardon the lame pun, devilishly delicious as well.
I return to Soho Joe every time I'm in town. Truly a place to get pie-ous in!

“Great food, value and atmosphere!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 21, 2013

We arrived without a reservation at approx 6 pm on Saturday evening, and as mentioned in previous reviews, the waitress found us a table without a problem. The restaurant was lit by candle light and was quite full which made a really lovely atmostphere. The staff are all, without exception, very friendly and efficient. You make your order at the bar, pay with cash only, and are provided with your drinks and cutlery to take back to your table. Jugs of water and glasses are free to collect yourself from the bar too. We ordered four pizzas which were all really tasty and plentiful along with six drinks in all during the evening which came to approximately £55, great value for central London! It was so good to use an independent restaurant rather than a restaurant chain for a change. We will definitely be using Soho Joes again on a future trip to London.

“Birthday at Soho Joe”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 21, 2013

I live in London and have organised many dinners for friends and for myself for various occasions and this was one of the best. we had a big table for 20 on Saturday night for my bday. The joy of the the restaurant is that everyone can order when they like, what they like and it is incredibly good value and the food is delicious. I have been twice now and I will be going again and again. There are so many places in Soho that are a rip off, bad staff or poor food. Soho Joes is excellent, there is honestly nothing not to like about this restaurant. BOOK BOOK BOOK
