We have never tried Ethiopian food before and were very interested after reading the tripadvisor reviews of the place. The family run restaurant seems to be the perfect place to get introduced to this wonderful cuisine. There were 6 of us, three couples and on the recommendation of the friendly lady taking our orders, we ordered 2 huge platters with chicken, lamb & Vegetarian selection.. It was actually HUGE and even though 3 of us were sharing a platter, we did not manage to finish it!
As it was our first visit, we were given complimentary little bowls of pumpkin & bean soup !! We ordered Ethiopian St. George's Beer and 2 varieties of Wine. I loved the Ethiopian Wine (fruit blended).
The ambiance of the place is lovely and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a different cuisine at affordable prices!
