“Very good authentic Indian ♥”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 11, 2014

Came here as we literally stayed a two minute walk from the restaurant. Absolutely loved it. Very busy-a good sign it serves good food. Prices are average-what I pay back in Lincolnshire so wasn't bad! Atmosphere lovely. Staff more than accommodating! V friendly. We had 4 poppadoms and chutney tray. 2 starters. 2 mains. 2 rices 2 nans and side dish. ..then 4 alcoholic drinks all under £70! Brilliant. Would recommend highly. Xx

“Good Quality Food, Efficient Friendly Service”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 16, 2014

Visited on a Saturday evening at 8pm. Two of us without a reservation but they managed to squeeze us in. Not the biggest of restaurants so worthwhile booking in order to avoid disappointment.

We were not overly hungry so we skipped the starters, although the choice was good. The main courses were very flavoursome and expertly spiced. My madras was perfect and the husband thoroughly enjoyed his jalfrezi - green chillies and all!!

A drink each, main course each with a shared naan and rice and the bill was just under £30. So very reasonable for central London prices.

“Tasty”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 29, 2014 via mobile

Well worth going out of your way to find this low key restaurant. Very good food with some dishes you don't see in most mainstream places. The spices taste like they have been ground fresh. Excellent value.

“Great Indian cuisine”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 28, 2014

This restaurant came highly recommended and I tried to go there on my last trips but didn't. What a mistake! In the great neighborhood of Bayswater you find this family owned restaurant with a huge variety of authentic Indian food, absolutely marvellous freshly baked bread (Naan, Chatapi, ...), friendly and helpful waiters and fast service!
We were a party of three, had the Tandoori grill platter, Chicken Tikka Masala and all sorts of bread and vegetables and sauces and and and ... Try the Naan filled with coconut and almonds - DELICIOUS!
Next time london, I'll be back.
