“For the Artist”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 22, 2014

Its very interesting place to go. I would not go again to many people thats my own preference. Experiencing London is embracing London. I would encourage you to dive in and experience as much as youi can.

“Wonderful pictures in an uncrowded setting”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 21, 2014

Some of the world's most important paintings hang here, and you can walk right up to them without the bother of crowds, tour groups or poor lighting that you may well find at the National Gallery.

“Courtalds Institute - London”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 21, 2014

Cool, calm and collected - inspirational treasures of the Courtald Institute. Every aspect is well judged from the layout to the display to the splendours of the impressionist paintings.

We were able to walk in to this gallery without queing to pay the very reasonable admission charge AND view the paintings (usual view of Impressionist paintings is over shoulders/backs of an audience 2 - 4 deep!)

A quaint cafe down below with outside eating area completed the visit.

Another treasure is the terrace bar outside overlooking the Thames - make time for this one!
