“The Arch Hotel, London”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 16, 2013

We have just enjoyed a fabulous weekend break in the capital, and were recommended to stay at the Arch Hotel.
It is getting very difficult to find a boutique style hotel that lives up to its reputation.
The Arch does all of this and more.
Great central location, surrounded by all the best shopping and restaurants London has to offer.
The Hotel has a modern feel with traditional friendly service.
This was the first time we have stayed at he Arch and we will defiantly use it next time we are in London.

I wanted something a little special, as me and my hubby were celebrating an anniversary. The hotel is in a great location, just a 5 minute walk away from Oxford Street and nearest Tube station. It is the quieter end of Cuberland Place which is ideal, we left our window open at night as we prefered this to using the air conditioning, Im a light sleeper and couldnt believe I was sleeping in the middle of the city, wasnt disturbed once by noise, our room did look over the back of the hotel though, so this may have made a little difference.
Our room was nicely decorated the bathroom was beautiful, watching tv whilst having bath was a treat.
We had a nice surprise on our anniversary a plate of strawberries covered in chocolate was waitng for us in our room a lovely thought.
Breakfast was top notch, my husband sampled a different egg dish every morning....extra to pay but was top quality and he enjoyed them all.
All the staff were very professional, but above all very friendly which we sometimes find lacking in other 5* hotels.

How fabulous to know you felt that our staff are above all friendly which I agree can be lacking in many hotel not only 5 star properties.

See you both see we hope.

This was our first stay at The Arch but we would love to return. We wanted somewhere special for a city break between Christmas and New Year and this hotel was both luxurious and friendly. There were lots of special touches like the nespresso coffee, free soft drinks and a tv at the end of the bath plus lovely breakfasts and helpful, friendly staff.

Absolutely stunning hotel with the most incredible rooms. The beds are very confortable and the room temperature can be controlled and works well!

The best hotel shower I have ever experienced.

The restaurant is wonderful. We had dinner there and I had a fish pie which was to die for after a long flight. Breakfast is classy and fantastic!

This really is one of the best city hotels I have ever stayed in.

The only negative was the room service did not clean the nespresso machine utensils one morning.

This hotel is an absolute gem , its small enough to offer personal service but in a fantastic location with all you could need at hand . Cant recommend it enough although we dont want it to get too popular so we cant get a room when we need to !!

What a fantastic please to stay, great service and warm friendly and helpful welcome, great food in Hunter Restarant & Bar, great location and now my preffered residence whilst in London.
Started stayong here earleir this year after staying at MyHotel Bloomsbury for the past 8 years, initially was worried about moving to stay at the other end of town but what a great decision I made, strongly reccomend visiting The Arch.

Room Tip: Worth Trying out one of the beautiful suites

Received a special promotion on The Arch and as I was planning a trip to London it tied in nicely. Hotel in a great central location but far enough away from Oxford Street to be peaceful. The staff were very good from the initial check-in until the time we left. The room was well appointed and very clean plus all the soft drinks in the mini-bar were free with the exception of the Red Bull for some reason but as I cannot stand the stuff it was no hardship for me. The quality of the continental breakfast again was good and the waiting staff prompt and attentive. Really one of the best hotels in it's class that I've ever stayed in.

Dear Guest

To state we are excellent and that you felt your stay was the best in our class is wonderful to read. We do charge for the Red Bull but we provide so many other complimentary inclusions such as Wifi, Soft Drink Mini Bar & Movies this should balance out the few rooms charges that we offer.
