Although I haven't stayed at the Windmill in I have frequented the pub quite regularly. All of the staff are very helpful and friendly, especially the one called cirsty. She is friendly and engaging and never fails to ask me how my day has been. It is always great to be served by someone with such enthusiasm and I will continue to visit for the nice atmosphere and a good beer.

We have just stayed for two nights. The front room we had was small and basic, it was adequate for what we needed a base. The bathroom was clean and the shower was always hot. If I stayed again I would request a room at the rear of the building because of the street noise. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate is provided. Couldn't comment on the breakfast or the bar as we did not use them. There is a Wetherspoons opposite which served again basic food at a reasonable price. This hotel is a great base with easy access into central London (£2.40 on the No.16 bus takes you straight into Victoria station via Marble Arch). There are bus stops outside the hotel and the tube station is about a 15 minute walk away. There are plenty of fast food outlets in the area and some shops stay open for 24 hours. We found the staff to be very friendly and would stay here again because of its location.

Room Tip: If you struggle to sleep due to noise request a room at the rear.

We stayed here for 3 nights this week while enjoying a short stay in London. The hotel room is very basic but clean with a TV, and coffee making facilities. Could have done with an iron though! The location is excellent for tourists, being a short walk from Kilburn station and the whole of central London easily accessible. Ideal for anyone wanting to stay somewhere close to the West End at an affordable price. The down side to the stay was the noise in the mornings. A lot of workmen stay at the hotel and they are very noisy very early in the mornings banging about and slamming doors. It wouldn't stop me from staying here again though. There's a decent well priced Wetherspoons pub directly opposite which we enjoyed having a drink and a bite to eat in.

Stayed here for 3 nights for the first portion of our UK trip. Despite the friendly staff and accommodations, we asked for a particular room well in advance and they didn't hold it for us, instead facing us out to the street, and during the heatwave London was experiencing, it wasn't great. The breakfast was fine, and they did eventually move us, the best I can say is that it was adequate.

Stayed here the night before an interview in November, and must compliment the place for it's laid back atmosphere, cosmopolitan décor, plain yet tasteful and comfortable rooms, and fine breakfast.

I wandered over the road to the Wetherspoon, but soon returned to the Windmill, much nicer. One of the bar staff even let me share her chips as the local takeaway was shut...now that's service!

I got a great deal, and found the staff extremely helpful from arrival to departure. I wouldn't hesitate to return.

My partner and I stayed here on a recent trip to London to see robbie Williams at wembley. This hotel was ideal for travelling to wembley and also into central London! Very friendly staff who were very attentive and kept the standard high considering the price we paid fro the room.
