I booked this hotel for good price but after reading some review I was worried...but everthing was good! I don't know how some people can complain about the breakfast because its amazing!good location and good area!

We were booked here. When we reached, we were told that we Shld move to a nearby hotel as they were running full. They arranged taxis and were courteous. However when we waited fr taxi and when we checked into the next hotel, we realized that we Asians were asked to move to the next hotel which was filled with other Asians, while park grand was giving rooms to east Europeans!!! I am in doubt of intentions but cannot be 100 percent sure

Good location close to Hyde Park & tube station Lancester Gate but try to avoid to book a single luxe room which is extremly small (there is no place to open your lagguage...) and the bathroom is even smaller. I also met a problem with heating system in my room which remained cold.

Such a nice team, thanks Miss Deny for welcoming us so warmely every morning. The team is smily and happy, very present to help you with starting the day the best way possible!
The cook also very kind and accessible, ready to prepare delicious breakfast. The buffet is rich with fresh fruit salads, juices, good choice of cereals. Various hot food, tasty and renewed frequently. The room was small but very intellingently accomodated and nicely decorated.
