“Great location in upmarket area”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 20, 2013 via mobile

Wonderful location, close to restaurants, Earls court train station and pubs within a short walk. Booked a deluxe studio which was roomy enough for two. Beds not comfortable, hard and rather small but room well appointed with cooking facilities, washing machine and dryer.
Location in this beautiful area was the main draw card for us

My family stayed for 5 nights in July 2013. (my husband, myself and 2 adult children, 19 & 16)
We had a king suite on the second floor, room 207, it had 1 x large bedroom and 2 sofa beds in the lounge room. The service staff bought up extra padding for the sofas and also extra pillows on request. The apartment was well fitted out with 2 flat screen TV’s, kitchen and dining facilities and also a washer/dryer. The air conditioning was excellent and the beds were very comfortable. It is in a perfect location close to Earls Court tube station, restaurants, chemist and grocery stores.
The staff were extremely helpful and were more than happy to store our bags on the morning that we checked out as we were not being picked up until later in the afternoon.
We would definitely stay at the Presidential Apartments again. Highly recommended.

Some times you need to visit a hotel more than once or change rooms within the hotel to see if it is a good hotel overall or you luck the first time.
I've chosen the hotel again though there were some small points last time but due busy London on Aug and I liked the area near the earls court station and I wish I didn't.
We arrived to hotel about 1 AM and given two rooms apartment looks like a box where you hardly breath, the TV was not working same as some other lights and they told me to wait until morning to bring someone to fix it.
I had 6 bags plus baby stroller and I had to carry them my self and take them to the room as the bell boy comes only in the morning( thankful to the receptionist he was helpful and helped with the bags).
The room was between second and first floor so you need to go by elevator to second floor then use the stairs to go to your apartment.

there were no beds in the rooms it was like sofa beds , very small if you move while sleeping you will fall down and one of the sofa beds was broken , i had to fix it every now and then.

Dear Guest,

Thank you for your review. We are unhappy to read that you were not satisfied with our Queen Suites, the one located on the mezzanine floor are the quietest in the building as they look at the back of the hotel. We do have a 24 hours reception and they are always available to help with bags if necessary. We should have suggested you to leave the stroller at reception rather than carrying it upstairs all the time. I am sorry this was not offered to you at check in.
The Queen Suite have a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. We have now added a foam mattress for extra comfort.

Thank you.
Regards,

My husband and I stayed here in July 2013. We had a lovely apartment - recently refurbished, well-appointed and spacious - on the ground floor. The hotel is close to Earl's Court tube station, shops, pubs, restaurants and buses. It was very conveniently located and had everything available for our 8 night stay - fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine etc. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and thoroughly recommend it.

This was a relatively modern apartment in a great location, as everyone has mentioned. We were given an early check in around 11.30, and our apartment was on the first floor. It had a very strange entry design, which meant that you couldn't open the front door if someone was coming out of the bathroom! The kitchen was well equipped and had everything necessary to cook a proper meal. There is a M&S food shop right at the end of the street, so this was really convenient too.
The only problem we had was with the washing machine, which had a faulty door and wouldn't close. To the staff's credit, someone came up to the room at 11pm and made some running repairs. Our apartment had large opening windows as well as air conditioning.

Room Tip: Choose a room on an upper level if you want lots of natural light and a bit of a view.

I was so pleased with our stay at the Presidential Apartments. First, it is so close to the Earls Court station. We were able to take the train directly from Heathrow to Earls Court, just a short block walk to the hotel. It made it so easy to get around London. The apartment was so clean, and had everything we needed, Including a washer/dryer. We were only able to get a one bedroom, but the sofa and chair pulled out into beds. My son and daughter (14 and 16) thought they were very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and we all slept great, very quiet, great A/C. The living space was more than adequate. The bedroom was large and had tons of closet/storage space. We staff was very nice and accommodating. The location was perfect with lots of restaurants, pubs and grocery stores at the end of the street (by Earls Court station).
