“All little things annoyed the experience”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 days ago NEW

It is very good value for money, 10min walk from the tube station and there is a 24 hour Tesco next door which is convenient.
Staff are nice and will call when you reach the room if there is help needed. For a service apartment, is very fitted, clean but many little things really bugged me.
1) light sensor. showers in the dark on both nights. ultra annoying. also had to do make up, brushing in the teeth in the dark!
2) NO phone reception at all for O2 network- very bad!!!
3) rubbish bins provided are even smaller than those in a hotel room. if you expect guests to cook, how exactly does this work? glad my stay was short and piling up rubbish inside the flat is not hygenic
4) dryer doesn't dry. clothes were still soaking wet after the express wash and dry cycle
5) only salt and pepper shakers provided but both were empty. If the apartment is so generous on providing coffee, tea and sugar why not these condiments too?
6) sitting on the sofa is the same as sitting on the floor. very worn out and watching the TV from that height is not comfortable at all
7) check out time is super early!
8) room is a bit warm and ventilation not very good after cooking

I am staying in this hotel apartment on a long term basis. It is comfortable because the rooms have everything such as dishwashers, washer drier etr. They are a bit on the small size, but they have big windows which make them light. The receptionists in the hotel were very helpful and tried their best to accommodate our needs which were quite a few in the beginning. There are bus stops and a supermarket near the hotel which is another plus point. The wifi is also very fast.

We have just spent 3 nights here. Having looked online for a hotel, I stumbled upon Go Native, Earls Court, liked the concept, and decided to give it a try. Cost was within our budget and we weren`t disappointed. The apartment was clean, all amenities working ok, A fully equipped bathroom with great towels and lovely soaps etc. and a comfortable bed too. We were at the back of the property and it was quiet. Just some niggles as to how we worked the lights but we got there. When we did request some help from the staff, it was very fast, and courteous. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay, great to relax and unwind in after a long and busy day. Short walk to the tube too. Wouldn`t hesitate to stay there again.

Room Tip: We had a room to the rear and it was very quiet.

After reading previous reviews we decided to book the apartments for a five day break.
We were completely satisfied with the reception service and the accommodation.
The reception staff were always pleasant and helpful with any questions.
The apartment was facing Tesco's garage entrance but was very quiet, day and night, which was ideal for the two of us. While not luxurious it was fitted with everything that you could need including White-House toiletries and two separate room service menus.
We used the Italian restaurant menu and the food plus drinks was delivered within 30 minutes. Good value and tasted fab.
The Earls Court tube station is only a 5 minute walk away. Oyster card recommended
We would certainly hope to use the apartments in the future.

This is ideal for a few days in London - much more flexible and comfortable than hotel rooms at a similar price per night. Decent kitchen with Tesco just around the corner and an easy walk to the tube. I also found it quiet at night. The layout of my apartment was good but spoilt by some niggling flaws in the design. The catches on the various cupboards do not work well and the sensor switching for the bathroom light did not cover the shower so I was plunged into darkness half way through a shower. I would use this again however

Room Tip: Apartments facing away from the main road will probably be the quietest.

1st impression: shock. For £290/ngt for 2br, far from a good value. Very small, fixtures very cheap, bed a luxury futon, closet, drawer space a joke. No dish towels, no cutting board, NO HEAT OR A/C!! Called, said "Oh, yes, would u like a space heater?" Got the impression the whole building had none and there were no immediate plans to remedy it. Oh, bath towel warmers! But oops, they don't work. This was rated as 4 star? Insane. Try 2-3 given the price. If it was dirt-cheap fine, but £290/ngt? Location good, restaurants nearby, huge market right next door. Safe neighborhood. Come expecting nothing, then u might be pleased.

While the rooms weren't huge, they were laid out in a way that made them feel very spacious and comfortable. Pretty good location close to Earls Court station and well maintained premises. Would recommend!
