We stayed there for four night 2 adults and 3 children under the age of six. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment and it wasn't the cleanest place I've stayed at. The beds are so uncomfortable and the bathroom weren't cleaned properly I found lots of hair in the shower. The rooms don't get cleaned when you are there so the floors get really dirty. The wi-fi wasn't very good and there was no tea or coffee. The only great things about this place is the location of it right next to a big Tescos and a train station. It was great to have a washing machine though.

Stayed October 2014

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times before and i am afraid i would definitely not go back. It all just a bit run-down and chaotic. The list of problems is endless but the highlights are:
1. room stunk of cigarettes
2. asked to be moved but got a room with someone already in
3. got a new room but key didnt work
4. new room had electrical fault so every time i turned anything on the power went off
5. aircon didnt work
6. hob didnt work
7. telephone didnt work
8. wifi was useless
9. room was noisy

.....all very unpleasant !!

The staff were friendly and did try hard but eventually just shrugged their shoulders and said they couldn't get anything fixed.

i think i should have got a refund - nothing worked - didnt sleep - i think thats the point of a hotel.

Jus book somewhere else. The travel lodge close by is much nicer !! Go there...

Room Tip: stay at a different hotel

Spacious apartment with a living/kitchen area and bedroom. It is right next to a 24 hr Tescos (huge) which is great to pick up stuff to cook in the kitchenette. Found the utensils/ crockery very well maintained. Even had a coffee press for use. The washing machine and dryer was useful.
Easy to get by tube from Heathrow (direct line, earl's court tube station had lifts) - exit at the exhibition centre, turn right and walk all the way down till u see the Tesco's. (5-10mins). We had to go to king's cross for trains out and earl's court was on the Piccadilly line, so no change of tube was needed. :).
Great value and would recommend strongly for friends and relatives.

I stayed in a studio apartment which was dirty especially the bathroom (see images). There was no tea, coffee or sugar in the apartment on arrival. The light in the fridge didn't work, there was no iron (but there was an ironing board!), The edging strip was falling off the table (on two sides) and the sofa was the lowest and most uncomfortable thing I have ever sat on. Very unsatisfactory. I had little or no contact with the staff so have no comment on them. The air con appeared to not work and neither did the heating. I would say 'avoid'.

Stayed here for one night in September. Was told it was an "American Double"
Rather naively thought it would have two bedrooms, however the two beds were facing each other. Glad i was here with my partner, and not another couple !
At the side of each bed was an en-suite shower room which were handy....we could both get ready at the same time.
I agree with other comments about reception. The room wasnt ready an hour after the check in time, and the staff on reception always seemed to be in panic mode...and again, whilst waiting to check in, there were a number of people complaining about various things.
For one night, it was ok...not sure I would have been happy to stay longer

Room Tip: I did ask for a lower floor, but having arrived at 16:00 was told i would have to wait about 40 mins...

My husband and I stayed here last night before he ran the royal parks half marathon. We were very impressed with the studio apartment. It was light and airy, very well equipped and I would happily have stayed longer if I was a tourist in London. It was about 5-10 minutes walk to Earl's Court tube station and right next door to a big tesco superstore.

The only minus point in my opinion is that the bathroom door is just frosted glass. This was fine for us but it wasn't very private and might not suit some people.

Really good
5 min walk to earls court exhibition centre
Not the cheapest but worth every penny when you've stopped in some of the rabbit hutches that are around . Great having your own space and kitchen especially when tesco next door and tube station adjacent . Will use again no worries
