“Still pretty good”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 16, 2013

The food and service has always been good here and a visit yesterday confirmed this.
My only issue is some of the prices are eye watering considering its a tapas joint. Salt cod £11, some steak tapa dish for £11.50 . My recommendation is avoid these, the other more reasonably priced dishes are excellent, the expensive dishes are disappointing.

“From catalonia”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 15, 2013

We were in this restaurant few weeks ago while we were visiting London and we felt like at home. We have'nt would thought that an spanish restaurant in London had this quality of food, everything was fresh an healthy, and the tapas were like traditional but with a modern way to prepare them. We highly recomend this restaurant.

“We really love Brindisa”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 14, 2013

We've been to Brindisa several times now, as a couple and with friends, and it never fails to please. The atmosphere is very casual, the staff are always friendly, and the food is really good quality.

Definitely try the wonderful gordal olives stuffed with orange and oregano (Brindisa have a shop at Borough Market where you can buy tins of the olives and they'll advise you on stuffing them - my husband buys the tins by the armful and it's his speciality now). The seared scallops and pork belly are other standout dishes, but really you can order anything off the menu and it'll make you happy. The wine list is very reasonably priced and pretty much all the wines are available by the glass, carafe or bottle giving maximum flexibility.

“Great food and exceptional staff”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 12, 2013

Truly superior quality food, enhanced by excellent service. I arrived alone and asked for a table for 5 but unfortunately my friends were delayed and in the end were over 30 mins late! But not once was I given any hassle or made to feel uncomfortable by any of the staff despite it being a busy time - just after 6. When my fellow diners eventually arrived, we were given great food, preceded by great advice on what to order for a table of five. During the meal the high level of service continued with none of that irritating hassle that you get in many restaurants these days, being pestered to order more food or drink. And at the end the bill was surprisingly reasonable given the quality of the food - £100 including 2 bottles of red. Will definitely return as these people know what customers want from a restaurant these days - great food, friendly, human service and reasonable prices. What's not to like?

“Amazing tapas”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 28, 2013

A wonderful tapas bar in Soho (they also have ones at London Bridge, South Ken and Shoreditch). The dishes came spaced out which I like as you knew they were coming as and when they were ready and were hence being cooked to order. We ordered six dishes plus a lovely selection of breads and all were great - pork belly, ham croquettes, manchego and courgette salad, the best spaniah omelette I’ve ever had, garlic prawns and a chickpea and chorizo stew. It was the right amount of food. The hard thing when we go back will be whether to have the same or swap some dishes in, as I can’t think which ones I wouldn’t want to eat again – guess we’ll need to starve ourselves before going and order even more food!
