Could not have more positive things to say about this restaurant - key is the staff, who were universally excellent, with a special mention to the sommelier for the various matching wines which were great (+ good value). We had the degustation menu on the chef's table, which was first class over more courses than I can recall. Special mention - alongside the lamb / monkfish main dishes was the melted Vacherin over potatoes dish - might seem like a strange selection to highlight but I love this cheese! Will definitely be back here.
