“Good location,low value for money!”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed May 26, 2013

Just minutes away of Kensington Palace, very good location in central London but next time I would think twice before going there again.
For £50 I had a noisy night in a room with dirty carpets. No air condition, just a fan, they charge you for using internet and the breakfast is the poorest I ever had.

Location was ok, bus stop in front of hotel, underground station not far

Room was really small, bed uncomfortable, mattresses old, used , very bad....we booked this hotel in a last minute and did not spend too much time with the search...

At least bathroom was clean

Breakfast is every day the same - toasts, cheese, marmelade...

The price was high 100 eur per night per room !

The room was 28 degrees an i tested it with a temp probe. The air con was mouldy an a health hazzard as im a air con engineer i had to clean it out myself to then find out it didnt work. The bed had hair in it an to top it all of the ignorant receptionist just laughed an thought it was funny. This is the worst hell hole iv ever stayed in an iv stayed in 4 hotels a week for the last 6 years.

So before you even see your room, you have to sign a form which states that if you leave you will still be charged....great first impressions! I had to squeeze into my room between the wardrobe and a door that doesn't open all the way, the bathroom was tiny, carpet was so dirty, bed nearly collapsed, windows were filthy, no customer service...list is endless!! Just don't stay there!

Me and my colleagues booked 2 rooms for 2 nights in this hotel for a business trip to the Natural Organic Show in Olympia and we were out of the front door before the first breakfast. The walls were stained, the shower door didn't close (causing the bathroom to flood) and the floor and mattresses were filthy! Speaking of mattresses, we saw one just outside the front door covered in dirt and filth for the whole world to see! The light fittings were faulty, the bathroom floor was wet from a drip, no plug in the sink and I saw a rat rummaging through the bins just outside the window! Not to mention the useless and rude staff as they did nothing to help us when we complained. Take my advice and stay away from here until its had one big makeover! We even had one of our customers staying at the same hotel on the same weekend and their room was exactly the same; he requested to be moved to a cleaner room at 11:30pm and they told him they wouldn't be able to move them until the next morning!

Room Tip: Find another hotel!

2011, Oct, i stayed 2 night in this Inn, ..the front desk ( even not look like front desk) employee
was cool face, lazy to answer customer question...
the room is tiny small, from 2florr to 3rd floor no loght during evening to next morning..
full darkness. no safety. air condition no heat...
the most terrible thing is.. when i out into town, realized that my bag has been opened..
one of my sock left on the other corner of under bed, that is evidence..
when ask front desk who entered my room, they said M6 ....what a irresponsible place

so do not lured by its low rate......this place is 3rd world of India...

Room Tip: subway do not stop there

We were in a room upstairs with only a sky light window, that was so high would of needed ladders to open it. The room was small but ok for one night. The main problem was the heat! The AC blew cold ish air if you stood directly under it and after a while switched itself off. I woke hourly and switched it on each time hoping the sauna like conditions would improve no such luck!
Breakfast was in the basement and was about as big as our bedroom we practically had to climb over people to enjoy our toast and jam!
