My boyfriend and I spent almost 100 pounds on this tour. But guess what? We never even got to take it. Our ticket said to be ready in front of the McDonald's at Baker Street at 8:10 for the bus to depart. We got to McDonald's by 7:20 and waited inside with full view of the stop. Around 7:55 we went outside to wait some more to see the Anderson's down the road at a STARBUCKS. We ran down to it and tried to flag it down, but they drove off without us. At this point we were infuriated, but it got so much worse. It was a bank holiday so their office was closed, so we were referred to an emergency contact. Clearly the man we called was half asleep and didn't seem to care, nevertheless he told us he would contact the bus driver and that we should head over to Earls Court and the bus wouldn't leave until 9:00. Me and my boyfriend literally sprinted across London via the tube and finally made it to earls court at 8:50ish. We got to the stop we were told to wait at and I talked to a man at the bus stop who claimed he saw a bus leave 15 minutes prior. This means the bus left around half an hour EARLIER than it was meant to. Meanwhile my father was on and off the phone lines with different people who told us that the bus was running late, and that they has already picked up everyone on their tour. Clearly they just didn't care that 2 people were missing. The only option they gave us was to be transferred to a different tour that was leaving later in the day. But who's to say we wouldn't show up on time just to find out the bus left without us?? This is literally the WORST service I've ever come in contact with and I'm astounded. I've taken guided tours to bath and Stonehenge before but never have I ever dealt with anything like this before. Because they don't seem to care about their customers and their terrible management, my boyfriend may never be able to see Stonehenge or Bath. We wasted a whole half a day sprinting around London and calling multiple people to come up with nothing, not even an apology. They didn't even believe us when we said we were left. Here's some advice for the travelers: if you want to go to bath and Stonehenge, take your money elsewhere. There are some very good tour companies that are well worth your money, this one however is NOT.
