Description: A lovely caf style restaurant, Megans Restaurant and Deli brings Kings Road down to earth in the very best way possible. Situated among high end interiors shops and antique stores, Megans is surprisingly rustic, the kind of place you might expect to run into in the more villagey neighbourhoods of London. But its this unexpected quality that makes Megans all the more like stepping in to an alternate universe one of chintz teacups and wedges of cake, homey food and smiling service, outside youll even find Londons answer to the Holy Grail thats right, a garden! Enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner, all freshly created with real heart.

“Such a surprise!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 7, 2014

Found this small restaurant by happy accident. It appears to be a cafe but walk through and you will find yourself in a quirky courtyard. As it was a lovely summer evening the roof was open adding to the pleasure. The food was simple but the ingredients were well matched and the sea food looked stunning. ( we ate steaks that were delicious). It was a Monday evening and the tables were fairly full so others know of this delightful restaurant . The staff were young and appropriately attentive, ready when we wanted to order but not fussing us. We don't live near but would use this restaurant again if we were in the Chelsea area.

“10% Service Charge on Cappuccino!!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed June 6, 2014

A cappuccino is 2.50 pounds, probably already one of the most expensive in London.

On top of that there is 12.5% service charge, ... yes on cappuccino!.

The charge is discretionary, however, the staff tells me that the management gives them the service charge and therefore if the client does not pay the charge is faced with an awkward situation with the staff.

I can understand a service charge when you eat, but not for a cup of coffee when there is great profit margin on coffee anyway.
There should be a price which includes everything so that the client decides whether or not he want to pay that price.

“A hidden gem!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 14, 2014

From the outside you think you are entering a cafe, walk through to the back though and you are treated to an very large inside/outside room with a very magical feel, perfect for dinner for 2 or a group of friends. Sometimes when dining out for 2, there is the worry of being put next to a large noisy group, however, the acoustics in here stops this from being a problem.
The cote de bouef was delicious and perfectly cooked, they also have some very nice wines on the menu which are not at all expensive. For the location and the quality of the food and service the price is on the nose.

“Great little find!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 27, 2014

Went to Megan's with a few friends for dinner on their recommendation. We had a table in the courtyard, which was amazing, as they have a roof and the small christmas style lights really make for a wonderful cosy atmosphere. Most of us ordered seafood with some sharing the seafood platter. The portion sizes were very generous and even though I found my fish (I had the salmon) a bit too chargrilled (tasted a bit burnt), it was still very good food and after taking off the burnt skin, tasted great. We also had the baked camembert to share as a starter, which was delicious. Brownie and cheesecake rounded off a great dinner at Megan's.
Service was also great , so I have to disagree with some of the other reviews I read. Very attentive and friendly.
Had a wonderful evening and will definitely be returning!

“Quirky”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 4, 2014 via mobile

Quite deceptive from outside, but an extremely busy weekend spot. Brunch menu is very extensive and well priced. The outside area is quaint, one would not think you were dining in London. Nice service.
