I visited London with my 8 year old grandson to see the Lion King and some of the sites. This hotel was in a good location close to transport links which was exactly what I needed. Check in was simple via a self serve machine but there is hardly a need to have face to face contact with staff so you don't get a personal service. The room are quite sparse but I didn't spend too much time in it. The bed was very comfortable but it felt a little like a prison cell. I was woken several times in the night by blaring sirens. I don't think it was worth the almost £100 pounds per night I paid. The dresser had splashes of black ink or paint on it. The bed side bendy light had been sellotaped up and it didn't work. Overall the room was quite shabby. There was only one bath towel and one hand towel for the pair of us. The air con' was excellent. Breakfast was okay and great value for money but get to the dining room early as the number of tables and chairs is woefully inadequate.
