“Just cant knock-it.....”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 13, 2013

Been to the one in Bluewater, but this is branch was waay better. This is an old fashion diner which serves unhealthy, comfort food and it tastes awesome. Burgers, dogs, fries and the milk shakes....
I challenge you to find a better milk shake this side of the pond. The family and I stopped for lunch on Saturday and despite it being busy the front-of-shop guy was just brilliant, got us a table within 5 minutes. And the service did not stop there - all the guys are great characters, especially Angelo - real class act. This is not fine dining, but what it does, it does very well.

“Great to go again”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 7, 2013 via mobile

Ed's is as always brilliant and place that I miss since moving from London. When I lived on the out skirts of London a trip to Ed's was a favourite thing to do even if that's all I did. Going back to London for the first time in 6 years it was great that it was still going. I had a friend staying from the USA where Diners come along thick and fast we took him in. The food, excellent. The surrounds, fantastic. The atmosphere as always, brilliant. I love the diner and hopefully can be back sooner that 6 years. If you in London, look it up and go. You will love it.

“Good food bad service.”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed April 30, 2013

Two of us took about ten minutes to get seated despite 8 free tables. Assumed they were waiting for reservations but none arrived. Disappointing but good was nice.

“Great food, great service”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 19, 2013

I love Ed's have been to three of their stores, This one, the Soho one and the oxford Street one. The quality of the food is excellent. I particularly like there Chicken dippers with Jalapeno jelly - mmmmm. There Milk Shakes are to die for, especially with added malt

The decor is really coo,l it has a 50's American diner style. They also have little jukeboxes on the bar that have a selection of 50's and 60's music.

The service is also excellent. The staff are smiley and helpful and you can usually get a bit of banter going.

The food is reasonably priced for central london. If you get the chance you should definitely go it is a great experience and the food is super tasty.
