“I go back again and again, it never disapoints”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 16, 2013

I have been to this restaurants on busy weekends and quiet weekdays, and every time the food is delicious, the staff friendly and the price reasonable. It's probably one of my favourite places to eat in London,

“Love this place!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 12, 2013

We, as a family, come here regularly and it is always good. The portions are large, with loads of beautiful salads and as much warm bread as you can manage. The house wine is only £10 and is decent. My father likes it here so much he travels from Essex to visit us to come here as much as possible! The welcome by the owner is always great too, a real buzzy atmosphere.

“What a treat!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 9, 2013

This a great little place - busy at the weekend so book a table. Huge meze for two, warm pitta that you watch cooking and the kebabs and meats are 'to die for'. We had the house red, which at a tenner was spot on. Will definitely be revisiting!

“Make sure you are hungry before you go!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 3, 2013

I can't believe we've lived so close and never tried this place. I was so pleased I listened to other reviewers and eventually we managed to get a booking last night.
We had an extremely enjoyable meal at very reasonable price. We had the mixed Meze starter platter which was a gigantic flavor filled selection and accompanied by great home made bread from their wood fired oven. We followed up with the lamb kebab which was perfectly cooked over open BBQ, very tender and medium rare. The staff were attentive, friendly and although the night was busy, service was flawless. The owner was serving us and he was very helpful by suggesting only one main course to share as anymore would be too much food. If you need more then you can simply order it later on.
We will definitely be back more regularly and can't wait to taste the authentic turkish delights again. I saw other dishes like the lamb chops which I can't wait to try. Keep up the high standards, it's always frustrating when special places like this expand then the standards drop!

“Get the mixed meze!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 3, 2013

Be sure to get the mixed starter. The mezes are really tasty and homemade. The mains are also fantastic, the meat is very tender and the way it is cooked is something you do not find often in London.
