This is the best hotel i have been to!! the staff were great, the food was delicious evrything was perfect. free internet access aswell. i think that everyone should come here if you are thinking of
staying in liverpool and prepare to be amazed

I stayed recently at this hotel for 3 nights with my wife. I found the experience to be quite homely. The hotel is good and the service is great. They also accomodated for my need to stay there a good while after the checkout time for a small fee.

The staff are extremely helpful and friendly which made our stay there very pleasant. Breakfast was bought up to our room in the mornings on request and the breakfast itself was delicious. I don't think we've had such a nice big breakfast in a while!

Our prime reason for booking at this hotel was the free wireless internet connection as all other hotels were charging quite steeply for this service. This allowed me and my wife to both connect to the internet via our laptops from our room, therefore very convenient. In addition there was an Internet set-up computer in the corridoor(right outside the room).

The room was clean, comfortable, warm and well equipped.

The hotel is situated 1 mile away from the City Centre which is of a convenient distance. There is a side road in between the hotel and petrol pump (10 metres away) where you will be able to park the car, the neighbours seem friendly so I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling with a car as you won't have to worry about car parking charges.

My only reservations was the noise from the traffic in the morning but I had to get up early anyway :D

In summary, ok hotel, great service, would recommend especially to families as the staff create the homely athmosphere.

This is the hotel from hell. It is locsted in one of the worst parts of Liverpool, surronded by derelict buildings and is not the type of area where you would like to be walking the streets, however you have no choice because if you requst for them to call you a taxi you will be told that a taxi will not go there.
The staff were very unhelpful and extremely rude.
Breakfasts times change without any notification so you might get breakfast or you may not depending on the mood of the staff.
All in all a very unpleasant experience.
