“Great stay :)”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 17, 2013 via mobile

Great location, nice clean rooms, stayed here with my family and the staff couldn't do more for us, the key system went down for a day so had our own person door opener (will) breakfast was £8.25 bit steep but all you can eat and costa coffee. Will be back :)

Many Thanks for your lovely comments; but most of all thank you for your kind understanding regarding the key card system going down, its always difficult when technology lets you down, however the team worked so hard walking over 300 guests personally to their rooms over 24 hours, and for you to recognise this means so much, Will & the team are really pleased with your comments, so once again Thank You

We look forward to welcoming you again soon

My husband and I stayed here on Valentine's night having got a great price paying in advance for a special offer. This is a new hotel and the bathroom was modern still beautifully bright and squeaky clean. The room was a bit smaller than many premier inns I have stayed in and we had a standard double bed. Hayley checked us in quickl;y and efficiently and amazingly early at 1215hrs. We had just gone to leave luggage! She created a very good first impression. The security is good as you need a hotel key card for a lift beyond the resataurant and reception on the 2nd floor. The room had a view of the Anglican Cathedral though this will be lost when construction is completed at the site next door.
The location is it's greatest feature, restaurants and bars literally all around and all the sights of Liverpool in walking distance. Also it is handy for china town and the Philharmonic Hall and theatres without having to pay boutique hotel prices! We did not try the restaurant. The bar area was pleasant though empty when we were there. This is a simple budget hotel in a great central location.

Room Tip: Ask for a room furthest away from lifts with hardly any guests passing by to avoid revellers coming...

Brand new hotel but I have stayed in many Premier Inn's and they are consistently good. You get the same great quality at each one. Albert Dock Premier Inn is lovely too, set in the Albert Dock and has nice features but this one at Liverpool one is in a perfect locations for the City Centre..The staff were excellent, the rooms great and we had 2 great nights. If you want to be close the action then stay here.

Room Tip: Rooms on the back you can not heat the road noise

Stayed at this hotel for my birthday 18 and 19 of January. Hotel located in good location close to pubs, clubs and restaurants. Room was very warm and modern. There were marks on the mirrors in the bathroom. Horrific smell in the corridor. On Saturday night was very noisy, neighbors were banging doors and talkking loud so I were up all night. Customers service were horrific, felt like all the staff hated they job and want to be out of there as soon as possible. Was bit overpriced as well payed £150 for Saturday night when it should be low budget hotel. I wont be coming back there again.

I’m really sorry to hear how disappointed you where with your most recent stay and to describe the service as horrific, we get such amazing feedback about all of our team so to hear you felt this was shocking
Our rooms have never been as much as £150, I have looked back to check all the bills run over those days to ensure bill errors where not made however cannot see a payment for that amount

I would appreciate you calling me at your nearest convenience so I can look into this matter in more detail for you

We want each of our guests to leave Liverpool One having an enjoyable stay and booking to return.

I look forward to speaking to you soon

Hotel is new and is still very clean. Extremely quiet. Ideally placed for the shopping and nightlife. Staff were polite. Some confusion as my key kept on locking me out.

I made mistake of parking at Liverpool 1 Q park rather than the car park directly next door to hotel. Very expensive at £14.50 for 24 hours. Understand rate next door is discounted at £9.50 for 24 hours.

Also directly next door is large Tesco where you can pick up the usual meal deals etc.

Many Thanks for your lovely comments, as a result we have updated our website to be clearer for guests to go to Hanover Street Q Park to avoid confusion, which is only £9.80 for 24 hours and if you arrive after 4pm until 9am its only £3.50 once you collect a discount ticket from reception, so worth bearing in mind for next time

We stayed 14th - 15th February at this Premier Inn. Having not stayed in one of these hotels before we didn't really know what to expect but we were really pleased with everything about the hotel. The room was a lot bigger than we thought it would be along with a fairly large bathroom (normal sized bath) which was again something we did not expect. The whole hotel was spotless and the room we were in was also very clean. Location of the hotel is perfect for people wanting to travel to both the shops and the night life in Liverpool, with Liverpool One located directly opposite hotel entrance. Noise levels from the room were minimal, beds were comfortable with extra pillows provided in the room. Check in was fast (self service) and only took 5 minutes at the most. Staff present at reception were lovely and were there to help if any problems with the self service machines. Although we did not use the hotel bar and restaurant the prices and menu looked fairly reasonable. Late check out (12 noon) was useful as did not have to rush out early like we have had to in other hotels. Overall would recommend this hotel for both short and long stays for people traveling to Liverpool. The only downside was that we didn't stay longer.
