Brand new hotel but I have stayed in many Premier Inn's and they are consistently good. You get the same great quality at each one. Albert Dock Premier Inn is lovely too, set in the Albert Dock and has nice features but this one at Liverpool one is in a perfect locations for the City Centre..The staff were excellent, the rooms great and we had 2 great nights. If you want to be close the action then stay here.

Stayed here on the 15th Feb. Room lovely, breakfast amazing. The location is fantastic I will definitely use this hotel again. So many shops, bars and restaurants in walking distance. Liverpool is a fantastic city we can't wait to return.

Stayed at this hotel for my birthday 18 and 19 of January. Hotel located in good location close to pubs, clubs and restaurants. Room was very warm and modern. There were marks on the mirrors in the bathroom. Horrific smell in the corridor. On Saturday night was very noisy, neighbors were banging doors and talkking loud so I were up all night. Customers service were horrific, felt like all the staff hated they job and want to be out of there as soon as possible. Was bit overpriced as well payed £150 for Saturday night when it should be low budget hotel. I wont be coming back there again.

Hotel is new and is still very clean. Extremely quiet. Ideally placed for the shopping and nightlife. Staff were polite. Some confusion as my key kept on locking me out.

I made mistake of parking at Liverpool 1 Q park rather than the car park directly next door to hotel. Very expensive at £14.50 for 24 hours. Understand rate next door is discounted at £9.50 for 24 hours.

Also directly next door is large Tesco where you can pick up the usual meal deals etc.
