This was my first time staying here and I will definitely stay here again anytime I return to Liverpool. We were greeted by friendly receptionists who were also efficient in their dealings. I can't remember when a receptionist had both attributes!!!! We also dined in the hotel and the food and service were excellent. It is in a relatively quiet area of Liverpool, the business district, which makes it a haven in itself. All in all an excellent experience.

I stayed at the Radisson in Liverpool with my boyfriend for one night! I booked direct with reservations, I spoke to a lad called Steven who was very friendly and helpful! When we arrived at the hotel the Reception Manager Heather checked us in. She was absolutely lovely, very welcoming and helpful! Later on we needed some help with taxis and other things and nothing was ever too much trouble. The room was gorgeous, clean and very spacious with a great view over the Mersey. The mini bar was well stocked and quite reasonable.

The bar staff were all very friendly, and once we sat down we didn't have to go the bar as they brought the drinks to us. We had a great nights sleep, very comfortable beds.

Breakfast is fantastic, so much to choose from and buffet style so you can eat so much, very good value.

Overall we had a great stay and can't wait to go back, the staff were all very lovely and a credit to the hotel.

I have stayed in one or two hotels in Liverpool and the staff (and the people of Liverpool generally) are the best thing. The reception team at the Radisson are perfect hospitality. Always smiling and really knowledgable and proud of their town. Great rooms, great cocktails and nice and close to all the goings on. Right in the middle of all things football, we saw the team and its closer to the ground than anywhere else.

In Liverpool for a few nights and stayed at the Radisson SAS which had been recommended to us. Lovely newish Hotel in a good location for the Albert Docks and other night life.

Interesting open plan check in area with a nice bar and modern decor, only issue real was that it was a little 'soul less' if anything.

Great room overlooking the Mersey, spacious with a good sized bathroom and a powerful shower.
