Stayed here for some christmas shopping and wasn't dissapointed, the location is great, you can park easily nearby, and can walk everywhere from the hotel in a few minutes.
It is basic, but it's spotless, and I would stay again without doubt.
The lady in reception, with dark hair, couldn't do enough for us, was polite, helpful and really friendly.
Didn't eat here, so can't comment on the food.
Even though the hotel seemed to be full of stag and hen nights, we didn't hear a bit of noise, and had a great nights sleep.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left (5 days) we were looked after to the highest standard. Perfect location, £19 a night and a bar and menu that is more than adequate. Don't hesitate and take advantage of this great hotel and truly exceptional city!

well or starters it was only £15 for the room so how could I complain! The hotel itself is practically brand new, the room was very clean bathroom was great. Beds very comfortable, literally opposite the albert docks and 2 minutes away from Liverpool one where we spent most of our time. Perfect for one or 2 night stays but couldn't be any longer as there isn't wardrobes or drawers, rooms are built for short stays. Recommend to anyone.

Just returned from 3 nights here.

Firstly, it is amazing value. I tend to stay in hotels when they're on offer, and this was super-cheap at £12 a night. By Travelodge standards it was so good I'd gladly have paid twice that.

The building is fairly new and looks swanky from the outside. There's a Tesco in the same building, which is super-handy. Inside, it's clean and well-maintained (though there's strips of gaffer tape on some of the steps).

Location is brilliant as it's close to the Liverpool One shops, and overlooks the Albert Dock. The metro is just around the corner too.

Room was fine, comfy bed, wall-mounted flatscreen TV. Only slight niggles were low-ish water pressure, and there's no shelf in the shower cubicle to place your shampoo/shower gel so they have to be placed on the floor, which is a bit of an oversight.

One afternoon a manager knocked on my door asking if my room had been serviced. It had. Bit of a strange request, but I guess it shows care and attention.

Overall, a top-notch Travelodge and I'd gladly return.
