“Amazing host and fantastic stay”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 22, 2013 via mobile

Christine was a great host. She was so accommodating to us during our visit. We had a three week old baby with us and a demanding schedule. Nothing was too much trouble for Christine and she was very flexible. The room itself was beautiful and my family, who had chosen to stay in a nearby hotel, were all jealous of the amount of space, cleanliness and overall appearance of our room compared to theirs. Breakfast both days was lovely especially the scrambled eggs on toast! Plus Christine cuddled the baby one morning so that I could actually eat my breakfast! We were there for an occasion at Sefton Park and it was a short drive away. It was easy to find from Liverpool city centre too. I thoroughly recommend staying with Christine if you are visiting Liverpool or have a do at Sefton Park. Thanks again!

Thank you for your lovely review. The best bit of your visit was cuddling baby. I do hope you are able to come again. Best wishes for the New Year.

We were in Liverpool to go to concert at Philharmonic. We loved the sound of 15 Princes PK through other reviews. Christine sent us a very informative email a few days before we arrived with really clear instructions bout best way of travelling from Lime St. Several buses run very close by or taxis are cheap. Our room (the only one) was large, really clean, beautifully decorated and we could have had the log fire made up but were going out almost straight away. The book shelves above the bed lined with really interesting books almost wanted to rain or snow so that there was an excuse to stay in. Breakfast excellent, fresh fruit, yogurt a good choice of cooked things or croissants. Really close to two stunning parks and a quirky Lark Lane with cafes, independent shops and a community feel. Christine really knowledgeable about all sorts of Liverpool things especially the parks and arty things. We stayed 2 nights and will definalley return

One of the nicest rooms I've stayed in in Britain, architecturally interesting and beautiful. Christine is very pleasant. Her cat is very sweet and friendly. The bus stop to the city center is 2 mins away.

I was visiting Liverpool for the weekend for a family birthday and my friend and I needed an overnight stay. One of the family who lives in Liverpool had recommended Christine's and it couldn't have been better. We arrived on a Friday evening to a warm welcome and found the room delightful. Christine herself was friendly and approachable, most informative about the area and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. the apartment was an interesting mix of artistic and elegant, (a bit like Christine herself). Breakfast was delicious consisting of cereal, home made compote and fresh fruit with yogurt available to help ourselves to and a breakfast cooked to order with choice of tea, coffee and home made jams and preserves. There was easy access to the city centre and sight seeing and I would certainly stay there again.

A lovely place to stay. We knew of Christine's B & B as my son had previously lived in another apartment at Princes Park. Wonderful cooked breakfast served with fresh fruit salad and homemade jams and marmalade. The bedroom was large with settees and a very comfortable bed, the whole B& B is elegantly and artistically decorated. Very quiet location which is wonderful to find in Liverpool at weekends. We will definitely return. Thank you Christine for your hospitality and kindness.

My husband and I spent two nights staying with Christine while visiting Liverpool and she is a most welcoming and attentive host. She was very helpful, providing lots of useful information on the city, getting around and where to eat. The room itself was large, comfortable and clean, and we felt able to relax immediately on arrival. Good location and thoroughly recommended.

My son and I had a very nice trip to Liverpool, topped off by staying with Christine who proved a lovely host. When my son left a pair of trousers behind, Christine took the trouble to post them back to us. I would recommend anyone staying in Liverpool who wants a 'personal touch' to stay with Christine.
