“Great apartments in a very noisy location.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed October 31, 2013

Well equipped spacious apartments very close to all the main attractions. I was unable sleep on the first night due to being able to feel every spring in my mattress. I spoke to the receptionist the following day who couldn't have been more helpful and arranged for a mattress topper to put on the bed which solved the problem. As great as the apartments and the staff are, the real problem is the location. The apartments are on the direct route from the local student accommodation to the city centre. From approx 10pm until 4am all that could be heard was constant screaming, shouting and singing. I stayed midweek and was kept awake so I dread to think how noisy it gets at the weekend! I did mention the noise on checking out and was advised it may have been due to it being Halloween week but if I visit again I should request a quiet room at the back of the building. This is exactly what I suggest anyone thinking of staying at these apartments does if they want a good nights sleep.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us and sharing your experience. I am sorry to hear that you found the location noisy, usually it is a quieter area but I do understand there were some major students night on in the city that week but unfortunately we cannot control what happens in the streets outside. I genuinely hope that we get the opportunity to welcome you back and of course we would look to locate you at the rear of building as requested. Sorry again that there were issues for you on this visit. Best wishes, Marie - GM

We recently spent 2 night duting october half term in a 2 bedroomed apartment in the Premier Apartments in Liverpool. Great location, minutes walk from city centre, secure underground parking and really lovely staff to greet us. The staff in reception were so helpful and professional. I mnetioned to the receptionist that it was my husbands birthday and when we returned to the apartment after shopping we found banners balloons and a bottle of wine. What a lovely thought and it really was appreciated. The apartment had a lovely sititing room, large TV, music centre and fully equipped kitchen Two bathrooms with lovely showers were useful with two teenage daughters. All in all a great stay , amazing price, worked out about 40 pounds per person for two nights. Definately recommend these appartments and wll definately stay here again.

Room Tip: Take breakfast stuff with you. We were only allowed one tea bag each and one coffee stick each. When...

Thank you for choosing to stay with us over the half term period and for your husbands birthday, I am delighted that the small gesture from the team was appreciated. They really do work hard to ensure all our guests have the best possible experience which as a company is a practise we always embrace and encourage. I am disappointed that you were denied a few extra drinks supplies, this is not usual if a one off request and probably just a training issue with some of the newer members of the team which we will address. We wish you all the best for the forthcoming festive season and hope to welcome you back soon. Best wishes, Marie - GM

We were overwhelmed by the warm welcome we recieved on our arrival with the receptionist so happy and cheerful and wanting to help.
The apartment was clean and spacious with the kitchen well appointed and the lounge area comfortable. The TV was a pain as you had to wait for it to reload the freesat channels everytime you turned it on but that was a minor complaint.
The shower was good and the beds comfortable.
The location is perfect with Liverpool One just 15 minutes walk. Also nearby is the excellent Ship and Mitre if anyone enjoys good beers and lagers and also well priced pub snacks.
the parking was £15 but the car was very secure however if you were on your own it may be a bit of a nuisnace as you have to pick up details from reception and i would recommend booking.

I am delighted that you had such a warm welcome and enjoyed your stay in our apartment. I am sorry that there were issues with the TV, we did replace a few last month due as soon as the problem came to our attention so I am assuming it included the room that you stayed in. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. I do hope that you will give us another try in the future. Thank you again for choosing Premier Apartments. Best wishes, Marie - GM

Great situation within walking distance of all sights. We had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which added to sense of privacy. Kitchen really well equipped and lounge area comfy and spacious. All staff really friendly and helpful. Highly recommended - will definitely use their other sites. Only complaint was noise from busy road and nearby club or pub.

Room Tip: Perhaps check if room available at back of property because of noise.

Very clean apartments. Lovely decorated. Very central. Walking distance to shops and train station. The only downfall is you have to pull the curtains as your very close to flats next door.when they're in . But
Would be booking again when back down in liverpool no doubts.

Never been to Liverpool before but chose this as a venue for a 40th celebration. Apartments were excellent, great central location and facilities were excellent. Lovely and bright, modern and more importantly, spotless. Reception staff were great, friendly, informative and nothing seemed to be a problem to them. Stayed here for 2 nights, traffic a little bit loud but nothing major, great comfortable beds, had to be out by 12 on last day but reception kept our bags until it was time to head off to the airport, would love to go back at some stage and would thoroughly recommend these to anyone visiting the city. Great little bar/restaurant down the street, Capello, they let you order pizza etc from the Portuguese place next door and eat the food in the bar so full marks to them as well.

Room Tip: Away from the traffic

We stayed here for four nights whilst visiting friends and touring around the Liverpool area. We were there at a time when demand was low and therefore we were upgraded to a two bedroom apartment for a little over £50 a night. We certainly had nothing to complain about in terms of what we got for our money. It was simply astounding that we had so much space given what we had paid. We had a fully equipped kitchen, a furnished lounge area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms not to mention views across the city, including sight of the Anglican Cathedral. The flip side of this, of course, is that we didn't really use all of this space, rather we just gloried in it for its own sake.

The main downside was that we thought we had picked a quieter part of town but it turned out to be quite noisy with both music and people screaming in the street - even on a Monday night. This was compounded on our first night by the fact that the windows would not shut properly. Whilst these were sorted out by the hotel's maintenance man, the windows were still not particularly good at blocking out noise from the street. Therefore, whilst we enjoyed our stay very much, we did leave feeling that 'premier' was a slight exaggeration.

Thank you for your review on your recent stay with us, I am delighted you found us great value for money and the spacious apartment was appreciated! It is disappointing that you found the local area noisy, typically on this side street it is quieter. Perhaps some of the explanation is the settling of new students in the numerous city centre student accommodation blocks & Freshers events as the city has several universities, just bad timing maybe as I do feel our location is quiet considering the ease of access to the ciy centre. I genuinely hope you will stay with us again. Best wishes, Marie - GM
