Went in for lunch on Saturday 10 November and this was a bad choice. We waited over half an hour for our order and were given the lame excuse that what we ordered was very popular and they only had two grills to make it with. Given that we didn't see anyone else eating what we ordered I found that hard to believe, they simply lost or forgot our order. I pointed out that people who arrived 20 minutes after us had been served and this seemed to really annoy the waitress as when our food arrived, with no apology she banged the plate down so hard on the table I thought it might break. It certainly wasn't worth the wait, and mine was microwaved and so hot as to be inedible. We received a perfunctory apology when we went to pay citing the fact that they were busy! Er.. restaurant, lunch time? Busy? Aren't you supposed to be able to cope with customers, isn't that the point of a restauran? This is the sort of place that sums up everything that's bad about tourist eateries - captive market, poor quality and bad attitude. The only saving grace was it was relatively cheap and the view to Albert Dock was good.
