We went on a weekday for my birthday in May and due to it being off peak we got in for a fraction of the normal price, it was also very quiet and we had lots of time to drive around the park and view the animals.
The most amazing part of the park is one of the first things you come to which is the lions, they are very near to the car and as un-nerving as this is it is also wonderful to see these animals so close, we caught them having their lunch too which is a wonder to see.We decided to avoid the baboon enclosure as we have seen them rip cars to bits in the past but if you can still see them and watch the other people being abused by the monkeys.
The rest of the drive around will bring you close to impala's, camels, buffalow and much more , but that is not all, they have a large rhino enclosure which is great and once you have parked up you can see the elephants, meerkats, zebras, not to mention a sea lion show and a creepy crawlie house, all that along with a petting zoo and lots of childrens rides and plenty of facilities, we ate in the cafe and it was really cheap for such an attraction.
This place is great fun for all animal lovers big and small and we will go again no problem.
