“Modern Hotel with Great service”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 28, 2012

Stayed here for 1 night in early december. The staff were fantastic from start to finish, even providing additional wine to that supplied in the room free of charge. Had dinners in the Marco Pierre White restaurant and as wth the hotel staff, the service and quality were excellent. Lovely soft bed linen and the shower was fantastic too. Thoroughly recommend this hotel

Stayed for 2 nights from Boxing Day. The rooms are very nicely decorated and everything about it is modern. The complimentary mini bar is a nice touch and the free Internet is really quick (me being an IT person). The beds are really comfortable which I can attest to having spelt in till noon without realizing the time!

Location wise, it is walking distance to attractions like the Beatles Story museum as well as Mathew St which is where Cavern club is located, a must see whilst in Liverpool.

Overall, this has been a great hotel experience and I definitely give the Inidigo a thumbs up. Will definitely stay here next time back and will be recommending them to all my friends as well.

Stayed at the Indigo in November on business. I had a lovely room which was very clean and spacious. The hotel is quite modern and the rooms were dressed very quirky which I liked. All mini bar items were free which you don't tend to find in hotels often. The bathroom was spacious and had a large shower which was very powerful. The hotel had a Marco Pierre White steakhouse, although I didn't try it my colleague who stayed in the hotel on the same night really rated it.
Breakfast had the usual hot and cold options, served in a nice airy dining room.
Overall very good location for the centre and close to the line street train station.
I would definitely stay again!!

We have just stayed for 2 nights in the indigo. The staff are polite and helpful, the room clean and comfy and within easy walking distance of lime st station. The room is not the largest, neither is the bathroom which surprised me for the executive double. Well stocked complimentary mini bar and the towel robes fit.!!!!( I'm not a perfect 10).
Love liverpool love indigo, would defiantly stay again.

The hotel is very good. Nice clean rooms, beautiful decor and fantastic shower, small fridge in room and lovely clean towels and bath robes. The only problem was it is very noisy. The doors seem to only slam loudly and with the rooms having wood flooring you can hear other guest walking around in their room, as there were other very inconsiderate guests staying when I did I only managed to get 3 hours sleep. This completely ruined what would have been a lovely stay and I shall avoid staying here again.

Excellent customer service very clean modern and convenient location.Good breakfast all fresh and not your usual congealed eggs and greasy bacon. Reception staff helpful without being snooty. Would definitely use Indigo hotels again.
